Our design process begins with a one-on-one consultation in our private studio or via Zoom. Together, we explore your ideas, inspirations, and preferences to create a piece that feels uniquely yours.
Every consultation is a collaborative experience, combining your vision with our expertise and guidance. Whether you’re focused on selecting the perfect diamond, refining the finer design details, or balancing both, we are here to guide you through each step with honesty, knowledge, and care.
Our goal is for you to leave the consultation feeling confident and excited, with a clear understanding of your diamond, your design, and the thoughtful craftsmanship behind the Rebekah Kay experience.
DIAMOND SOURCING
Each of our diamonds is carefully hand selected, going far beyond the traditional 4Cs to ensure exceptional beauty, brilliance, and overall quality. While cut, colour, clarity, and carat are important, we also assess the finer details that truly impact the appearance of a stone, including light performance, proportions, symmetry, fluorescence, and the unique character of each diamond.
As diamond specialists, we are highly selective in our sourcing process and only choose stones that meet our uncompromising standards. We work exclusively with trusted Australian suppliers who can trace the journey of each natural diamond from mine to store, ensuring transparency and confidence throughout the sourcing process. For lab grown diamonds, we partner with reputable suppliers using the latest advancements in diamond growing technology to deliver premium quality stones with exceptional brilliance.
In addition to diamonds, we also source a curated selection of precious gemstones, including sapphires, emeralds, rubies, and other rare stones, carefully selected for their colour, quality, and individuality.
All diamonds are supplied with independent certification, either GIA or IGI, verifying their authenticity and quality.
Design & Crafting
Once we source your diamond and it passes our quality control process, we create a personalised 3D design tailored specifically to your piece.
This is where your vision truly comes to life. You’ll be able to see your design in detail before production begins, including proportions, setting style, diamond placement, and the overall structure of the piece. This stage allows us to refine every element with precision, ensuring the final design feels balanced, timeless, and uniquely yours.
We work closely with you throughout the process, making any adjustments or refinements needed until everything feels perfect. Once approved, we move into production and begin handcrafting your piece here in Australia.
All Rebekah Kay pieces are proudly crafted locally and exclusively in Australia using only high-quality precious metals and materials. We do not mass produce, outsource overseas, or use offshore workshops. Every piece is individually crafted with exceptional attention to detail, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and finish throughout every stage of production.
