Custom Orders and Made-to-Order Pieces:
We regret to inform you that custom orders and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Each of these pieces is crafted with meticulous attention to your unique specifications, making them one-of-a-kind creations.

In-stock and ready to ship pieces: 
Exchange is available for in-stock and ready to ship items within a 2-week window from the date of purchase. This provides you with flexibility in case of size or style adjustments.

Refunds:
Refunds are exclusively applicable to items deemed faulty or not meeting the provided description. We strive to ensure every piece meets our stringent quality standards, and in the rare instance that an issue arises, we are committed to addressing it promptly.
