Do I need to book an appointment to come into store or design a ring?

We collaborate closely with clients through email, phone, and virtual appointments. If you wish to visit our showroom, kindly schedule an appointment here

How long will it take to create my piece?

The typical turnaround time for most engagement rings is 4-6 weeks, with some variation based on specific design requirements and other factors.

Sizing

How do determine my ring size?

Refer to our Ring Size Guide for comprehensive information and recommended steps to determine your size accurately.
You can also book an appointment in store to be sized.

What is the size is wrong?

We offer one complimentary resize for all engagement rings within 6 months from the date of receiving the ring. After this initial resize, any additional resizing required will incur a cost based on the metal and design.

It's important to note that there are certain limitations when resizing a ring, especially if a significantly larger or smaller size is needed. This is to maintain the integrity and quality of the band. In some cases, there may be minor costs associated with remanufacturing a ring that exceeds the resizing limits.

Please note that we do not cover any shipping costs.

Why do you only offer 18k and platinum for engagement rings?

We carefully crafted our engagement rings for lasting beauty, ensuring they withstand the test of time. The materials selected are chosen for their resilience— 18k gold and platinum, with higher pure metal percentages, exhibit exceptional durability, far outlasting lower carat options.

Do you offer hand made?

Certainly, additional fees will apply for customised orders, reflecting the increased labor and extended hours required for the meticulous handcrafting of each unique piece. Please note that handmade items are crafted individually, and as such, slight design variations may occur.
